What payment methods do you accept?

What is AI Deep Search?
AI Deep Search takes a single email, username, or phone number and follows the trail for you: it finds reused handles and linked accounts across 700+ platforms, matches them against breach and stealer-log records, and returns one report with every source cited and a confidence score for each match. It is included on Basic and every plan above.
Do you store the results?
We do not keep a history of your searches. Every search runs live, in real time, at the moment you search, against public sources and endpoints. We do not own any of that data, and we do not retain your search data. Items you choose to save, publish, or monitor are kept until you delete them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Lookups beyond your limit are declined until it resets at the start of the next period. You can upgrade at any time for a higher limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund your first charge in full if you ask within 7 calendar days of that charge. It applies once per account and to the first charge only. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel before a renewal date and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer plans for teams?
Yes. Enterprise plans include team seats, custom volume, and API access — talk to sales.
Does the API have its own limit?
Yes. API keys are metered separately from the dashboard: Pro includes 500 API requests per week at 1 request per second, counted on search endpoints. Dashboard searches do not count against it. For higher API volume, contact sales about Enterprise.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves $56 on Starter, $59 on Basic and $159 on Pro versus paying monthly.
